Lulu is not for sale since she is co-owned with our friend, Sharon E. Rainey. Sharon has a knack for picking all the good ones — the ones that have not only nice fleece and conformation, but the best personalities! Sharon asked to purchase part interest so that she "...wouldn't disappear. I get attached to certain ones, and then they get sold." So, Lulu will stay here to represent the Suri alpaca breed on our farm, and as long as she produces well, we'll likely continue to breed her. (See photos of her first two crias and links for more info about them below). After all, Suri crias are the best and the cutest of all!

Kahlua or "LuLu", as she’s called....is the first Suri female we intentionally selected to be part of a Suri foundation herd at MMFA. We were instantly drawn to this beautiful true black female. Since we started showing her, we have heard the judges feedback firsthand and they are super impressed with her true black color. She has incredible color uniformity!

Obviously, she has many other good things going for her. :)

Kahlua is super sweet, mellow and a joy to be around - you can reach out and touch her easily.

Purchase Terms

Standard industry contracts are used. Breeding quality alpacas come with reproductive and live birth guarantees. You may take possession of your alpacas once the down payment is received and the “contract for purchase” signed by both parties. Transfer of ownership with ARI will not occur until full payment is received. Financing is available with 25 - 33% down, with up to 24 monthly payments. Buyer must purchase full mortality insurance for alpaca and offspring, if any, naming Man in the Moon Farm LLC as beneficiary on balance due until paid in full. Breedings include 60 day agistment unless otherwise noted. Special pricing often available for multiple alpaca purchases or multiple breeding purchase. Transportation responsibility of buyer. AUCTION & PACKAGED DEAL OFFERS: These are cash only unless different arrangements are made up front. No other discounts apply unless negotiated otherwise.
