Thank you, Fox Wire Farm at Toano, for purchasing this beautiful girl! Callista shares the same dam as our 2017 AOA National Supreme Champion male, Man in the Moon's Peruvian Ganymede. And, she is out of Best Man's Elite Reflection, a banner winning herdsire out of the renowned Snowmass Best Man, who now resides in Switzerland.

Callista's fleece is extremely soft and fine with EPD's all in the single digits. It has great character, and it's bundling quite nicely with excellent brightness and a very nice crimp style. Callista's growing into a beautiful girl!!!...

When it comes time to breed this girl, you can bet we'll be taking her to 2AF Peruvian Zeus, with the hope of repeating Ganymede...the genetics would be 3/4 the same! Purchase her now without a breeding and take her there yourself!

Should you decide not to take her to Zeus, we'd recommend taking her to Man in the Moon's Prometheus. He's one of our up and coming Color Champion yearlings that we hope will start breeding in 2018 (...not that Callista will be ready by then...just sayin')! Prometheus is scrumptious -- and he's from an amazing lineage -- out of WP Elite Delilah (probably our very best dam) and Sunset Hills Zagato (a powerhouse Get of Sire winning herdsire that has many Banners, including Judges Choice, and has produced multiple champion offspring)!

Purchase Terms

Standard industry contracts are used. Breeding quality alpacas come with reproductive and live birth guarantees. You may take possession of your alpacas once the down payment is received and the “contract for purchase” signed by both parties. Transfer of ownership with ARI will not occur until full payment is received. Financing is available with 25 - 33% down, with up to 24 monthly payments. Buyer must purchase full mortality insurance for alpaca and offspring, if any, naming Man in the Moon Farm LLC as beneficiary on balance due until paid in full. Breedings include 60 day agistment unless otherwise noted. Special pricing often available for multiple alpaca purchases or multiple breeding purchase. Transportation responsibility of buyer.
